If you ordered with us, all information will be recorded for 1 year following the
completion of your order (at point of collection of goods), unless you have opted into our mailing list, in which case we will retain your information until you choose to opt out. We will keep a record of your order for 6 years for accounting purposes only.
If you didn’t order with us, we will keep personal information given during your
first appointment for the duration of 8 months.

We use a variety of different devices, in order to store data, including laptops and Cloud facilities. Bradgate Brides works with mybridal a diary platform which holds all information regarding your purchases and your personal data. We also use Wix platforms to power our online store.
